Jerry LeBlanc is Founder and President of Galveston Bay Investors and Binnacle Development & Construction – property development, management and real estate consulting companies.

Jerry acquired significant background experience earlier in his career while serving as a VP of Construction & Sales for W.M. Jones Construction, Inc.. In the beginning of his professional life, Jerry worked as a stock broker for Dean Witter on Wall Street, and then later as an Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) for A.G. Edwards. Eventually, he opened his own investment firm where he provided conservative, trustworthy advice for hardworking people.

In 2007, Jerry sold his investment firm to pursue a dream of going into real estate development and consulting in the Galveston area.
